Trump dismisses Gabbard's testimony on Iran nukes: "I don't care what she said"

Right, but we are the ONLY nation to ever use them. An Atomic weapon that is.

Go **** yourself with your globalist bullshit. Of course we're the only country who's ever used a nuclear weapon. We used one to stop a world war, which was completely justifiable. We didn't use those nuclear weapons to wipe out an entire country, only to stop them from killing us all. We used it to stop the Imperial Japanese, who would have loved nothing more than to use your grand daddy and grandma for bayonet practice.

I don't know if anyone has ever explained this to you, but the reason we have nuclear weapons is as a defensive deterrent against fascism, not as an offensive weapon, like the Iranians would use against Israel and the US.

We should have kicked their ass when I was in.

Those bastards facilitated the deaths of many American soldiers during the wars in the Middle East. They justly deserve to have their dicks knocked in the dirt, and President Trump is more than willing to do just that.

They helped our enemies in Afganistan.

Go Team Israel

‘Trump on Tuesday said Iran was "very close" to having a nuclear weapon, despite March testimony from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard that Tehran was not building one.’

Yet another reason why Trump is unfit to be president – he ignores facts and the truth, ignores intelligence and national security officials, and makes decisions based on disinformation and lies.
What’s the issue? Trump didn’t say they had one.

What a weird article, moreover it’s something she said in march

A lot has changed since then Watchdog finds Iran failing to meet nuclear obligations - BBC News

You really think that the Persians are suicidal maniacs?....That they'd launch a nuclear attack that they know would turn their country into the biggest ball of glass ever known to man?

Really?

BS. They been trying forever and dont need Nuke plants.

Those sites should have been hit. Iran believes in the 12th Iman. Their goal with him is to end the world

Check that subject out.

Yeah, they were enriching to 60% enrichment. Nuclear power plants don't use that; they use 5% or lower.

The only reason to enrich to 60% is to pursue a bomb - can quickly go from 60 to 90.

The UN says Natanz enrichment plant has been destroyed and environmental radiation levels are normal.

Iran has one large operating nuclear power plant. Russia supplies the fuel for it. Iran doesn't even need low level enrichment capability.

Iran also has a small "research reactor," Arak, which is designed to produce plutonium for nuclear warheads. It only takes about a baseball (6 kg) of plutonium to make a weapon!

We installed the Shah of Iran and that rankles the Ayatollahs. They need to go to civilians as the pure leaders. This has to end.

The only country to attack the American homeland was Saudi Arabia, and the country we attacked Iraq had nothing to it with it.

Now we are attacking Iran for what?

Fear that they would get the bomb when Pakistan and North Korea have it?

After the Iraq fiasco you would think we learned our lesson about Middle Eastern Wars.

But no.

America re-elected George W. Trump.

Gabbard just did her job. BUT....
This person down below is placing the safety of all Americans in Netanyahu's hands? Is he stupid or smart? :)

👉 Netanyahu’s ambitions to reshape regional power dynamics—such as neutralizing Iran, expanding normalization with Arab states, and securing Israel’s status as a dominant regional power—are ambitious but face significant obstacles and risks.

Key Realities and Challenges

Military and Security Limitations:
Israel has demonstrated formidable military capabilities and has weakened some adversaries like Hamas and Hezbollah, but eliminating these groups as political or ideological forces is virtually impossible. Their deep roots in Palestinian and Lebanese society mean that military solutions alone cannot achieve lasting change58.

Dependence on External Support:
Israel’s regional strategy relies heavily on Western, especially U.S., backing. This dependence is a double-edged sword: it provides a strategic advantage but also makes Israel vulnerable to shifts in international opinion and policy29.

Regional Resistance and Isolation:
Netanyahu’s reliance on far-right coalitions and aggressive policies toward Palestinians and neighboring states has strained relations even with moderate Arab countries. This risks undermining the very normalization efforts (like the Abraham Accords) that Netanyahu sees as central to Israel’s future 379.

Palestinian Issue as a Stumbling Block:
The unresolved Palestinian question remains a major obstacle to broader Arab acceptance of Israel. Arab states, including Saudi Arabia, have made clear that normalization is contingent on progress toward a Palestinian state—a condition Netanyahu’s government rejects 9.

Changing Geopolitical Landscape:
The rise of alternative powers like China and shifts in global public opinion, especially after recent conflicts, complicate Israel’s ability to dictate regional outcomes. The region is increasingly looking beyond Western-led alliances, which could erode Israel’s influence over time 29.

Conclusion

Netanyahu’s vision of a new Middle East in which Israel is the undisputed regional power is ambitious but faces profound challenges. Military dominance alone is insufficient to achieve lasting change, and Israel’s reliance on external support and the unresolved Palestinian issue continue to limit its ability to reshape the region’s power dynamics. Many analysts argue that Netanyahu’s approach risks further isolation and instability rather than securing Israel’s long-term security and regional hegemony 589.

So he's as fit as Dubya, then.

I saw that. He dismisses reality that his administration communicated to congress because it didn’t play into his narrative.
Quite standard for a POTUS.

Dubya, anyone?

Genocide Joe?

I'm for a special form of "**** them"...As in isolate them from the rest of the world, keep them on the "banned countries" airline flight list, and let them stew on their little patch of sand.
Funny how it's the US getting isolated.

Twice and don't forget it. Millions of Chinese, IndoChinese, Malaysians, Singaporeans, Thais and Japanese were saved as a result.
What self serving bullshit. The war was lost, Japan was trying to surrender after the Russians destroyed the Army of Northern Manchuria.

Those cities were experiments of the effects on undamaged cities and a message to Uncle Joe.
