Trump didn't even write his tweet urging January 6 protesters to remain 'peaceful'

My opinion? Trump, had he actually an apparatus in place and the balls to put 10,000 or 20,000 National Guardsmen or soldiers in place to do his personal bidding, would have tried to use them to seize electoral votes & state computers, called a national emergency … and tried to remain in power that way. Fortunately, he was frustrated in all his efforts by men — including Republicans — who refused to go along with a coup.

Amen! I totally agree!

Post 24 leftists, freaking trolls. Then there's this, which comes by way of left-news. Blue font are comments.

12 p.m. At noon, Trump begins speaking to his supporters at a rally near the White House. Trump spoke for more than 70 minutes.

1 p.m. An initial wave of protesters storms the outer police barrier around the Capitol. Trump was still speaking.

Shortly after 2 p.m. Protesters break windows and climb into the Capitol. They open doors for others to follow. And many were escorted in by Capitol Police and FBI.

1:30 p.m. On the steps on the backside of the Capitol, protesters overcome the police, who run back into the building. Protesters watching from the sidelines cheer as a mob breaks through the final police barricades.

Shortly after 2:00 p.m. Protesters break windows and climb into the Capitol. They open doors for others to follow. And many were escorted in by Capitol Police and FBI.

2:20 p.m. The Senate is called to recess, and the House is called to recess shortly after. The building goes into lockdown.

2:38 p.m. Trump tweets again, calling for support of the Capitol Police and law enforcement. He urges people to "stay peaceful." So the left lies about it, and now lie about it in a different way too. That tweet occurred approx. 1/2 hour after the first breach.

But at that moment, inside the Capitol, the riot continues to unfold. Trump called for peace. Show us where Biden or any Democrat called for an end to the riot? Leave it to the left to distort and project. That's all they're good at.

Shortly before 3:00 p.m. Rioters break into the Senate chamber. Many jump from the balcony to the floor below. They climb onto the podium and take photos and selfies, and they rifle through papers lawmakers left behind. Irony is this proves the left's idea that a statement from Trump would change anything. Yeah sure, the rioters and protestors stood by their cell phones waiting for Trump's command. Leftists are such deep thinkers.

It's interesting to note that to this day you cannot find how many Trump supporters marched DC that day. Know why? Because there may have been 100K or so, but we're supposed to believe a few hundred that rioted represents the right. The left know this, which is one reason they staged the false flag to begin with.

3:36 p.m. More than two hours after protesters first breached the Capitol grounds, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany tweets that Trump has ordered the National Guard to the Capitol. That's left-speak fake news, writing "more than two hours" is unnecessary and a negative lead. It's a distortion for multiple reasons, most important being it doesn't say when Trump made the order, we're only supposed to know "more than two hours blah blah blah". For those with a short memory, Trump chimed in at 2:38.

Can anyone show us where a Democrat ordered support of any kind? I know leftists like to believe the POTUS position is a dictatorship, all while they cry over their fear of dictatorships. They're a complicated people, and all fucked up. That's not how our govt. works, you guys just act like it does.

4:17 p.m. Trump does not go on TV. Instead, he tweets a video talking to his supporters inside the Capitol."I know your pain. I know your hurt," he begins. "We love you. You're very special. You've seen what happens. You've seen the way others are treated. ... I know how you feel, but go home, and go home in peace." Again left-speak, "TV" is unnecessary, the statement is intended as a negative lead. Only a leftist assumes he's only speaking to those rioting.

Again, show us where Biden or any Democrat called for an end to the riot?

Shortly before 6 p.m. Almost five hours after the rioting began, police start to clear the Capitol and eventually secure the interior.

Good thing Trump called in the National Guard huh? Again, what did any Democrat do?

  • The January 6 panel disclosed how Donald Trump was slow to take action during the Capitol riot.
  • Sources told ABC News that Trump was reluctant to calm his protesters through Twitter.
  • A top Trump aide had to write and present tweets to post on Trump's account, ABC News reported.

As Donald Trump watched rioters storm the Capitol on television on January 6, 2021, one of the president's top aides drafted Trump's first tweet that urged protesters to remain peaceful, ABC News reported.

Last year, a congressional panel investigating Trump's role in the January 6 events outlined how the former president was reluctant to call in additional law enforcement to stop rioters during the first few hours of the Capitol breach and instead spent much of his time watching television or making calls to his attorney and Republican allies.

New details of what went on inside the White House during that time show Trump needed the hand of Dan Scavino, who was his deputy chief of staff and is now senior advisor to Trump's reelection campaign, to try to calm protesters.

Scavino was one of dozens of witnesses interviewed by special counsel Jack Smith's team as part of the Justice Department's probe into the former president's actions on January 6. The ABC News report is based on sources' knowledge of Scavino's testimony.

As the Capitol breach unfolded, a small group of people around Trump, including Scavino, tried to persuade him to send a forceful message to the protesters, sources told ABC News.

Instead, after about 20 minutes of urging, Scavino and others left Trump alone in the White House dining room, which is when Trump posted a tweet disparaging Vice President Mike Pence for not having "the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country," the sources said.

They told ABC News that the tweet shocked several aides, including Scavino, the only other person with access to Trump's Twitter account.

Trump's aides and White House counsel Pat Cipollone once again tried to urge Trump to send a strong message to the protesters, the sources said.

Scavino then printed out several tweets to propose to Trump, sources told the outlet.

Around 2:38 p.m. local time, a tweet was posted on Trump's Twitter account: "Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!"

The post would be the first tweet urging Trump's supporters to remain calm, according to a timeline of the former president's tweets on the day of the riots.

Trump and his supporters have been peddling this lie since January 6. So, it wasn't even Trump who told the rioters to stand down. It was Dan Scavino, who was his deputy chief of staff and is now senior advisor to Trump's reelection campaign, to try to calm protesters. What do you think?
OH NO! YOU MEAN HE CRUMPLES? OHHHHH GOD NO!

The time line says it all

12:20 p.m.: A Federal Protective Service officer writes in an email, "POTUS is encouraging the protesters to march to capitol grounds and continue protesting there."

  • Capitol Police respond to a report of a possible explosive device at the Republican National Committee Headquarters, which is later identified as a pipe bomb.[192][190] A second pipe bomb at the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee would be found at 1:07 p.m.[193] Buildings next to these headquarters are evacuated.[194]
  • A police sweep of the area identifies a vehicle which held one handgun, an M4 Carbine assault rifle with loaded magazine, and components for 11 Molotov cocktails with homemade napalm.

12:53 p.m.: Rioters overwhelm police along the outer perimeter west of the Capitol building, pushing aside temporary fencing. . "[198][199] By 1:03 p.m., a vanguard of rioters have overrun three layers of barricades and have forced police officers to the base of the west Capitol steps

seems some people has some sense of right and wrong in the beginning.

1:02 p.m.: Pence refuses to go along with Trump's plan to pick and choose electors, and tweets a letter[203] stating in part,
It is my considered judgment that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming unilateral authority to determine which electoral votes should be counted and which should not.

Well at least there is a couple of honorable republicans
who will be discarded by the others

More pipe bones found at DNC. I bet the ones found at the RNC were misdirection or they went to the wrong building

1:21 p.m.: "The Presidential Daily Diary...contains no information for the period between 1:21 p.m. and 4:03 p.m.," "The chief White House photographer wanted to take pictures because it was, in her words, 'very important for his archives and for history.' But she was told, 'no photographs.'
Donald Trump's allies planned for him to give another speech the following day to disavow the violence. Trump rejected several lines from the script and crossed them out. rejected lines included: "I am directing the Department of Justice to ensure all lawbreakers are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We must send a clear message—not with mercy but with JUSTICE

Trump watches TV (1:25–4:03 p.m.)

(Three months later, Trump acknowledged to a journalist that the Capitol police "did lose control" of the mob, but he claimed he did not hear of the attack while in meetings with his chief of staff and instead learned of it "afterwards, and ... on the late side" upon turning on the television

Okay you were watch it on TV at 1:21 pm after they all had left

4:32 p.m.: Secretary Miller authorizes DCNG to actually deploy in support of the U.S. Capitol Police

8:00 p.m.: U.S. Capitol Police declare the Capitol building to be secure

Donald Trump's allies planned for him to give another speech the following day to disavow the violence. Trump rejected several lines from the script and crossed them out. The rejected lines included: "I am directing the Department of Justice to ensure all lawbreakers are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We must send a clear message—not with mercy but with JUSTICE

That is what Trump is

Denial for things that go wrong and claiming all that is good.
