I'm curious...do you think that Kamala Harris is going to be able to pay for all her programs by making the rich "pay their fair share"? Changing the tax rate requires Congress approval. Trump got the tax cut because they had the majority in both the House and the Senate. Biden has not had the majority and as such, he has not been able to do it.
Having answered your question, let me ask you one.
Do you believe the rich should pay their FAIR SHARE? If so, why haven't the Republicans worked with Biden on it?

No, it definitely has continued for the reasons I gave in the last post. Biden has not been able to change the tax code and therefore it will continue until some compromise with the Republicans happens. It will not happen while the Far Right is in control. The Far Right are the rich and the ones supporting (or being handled by) the rich.
If Trump takes over, it will not only continue but get worse, given that he wants to give the rich even more tax cuts.
