Trump Crippled Iran Without Giving Them Another Iraq …

So The Experts Moved The Goalposts And Called It Defeat

Longtime readers of Captain K’s Corner understand that I prefer to view the world as it is, rather than how I wish it would be. Do you remember last month, when everyone was salivating over polling showing two Republican candidates (Hilton and Bianco) atop the gubernatorial polls, with less than 15% each?
Oh wow, we’re gonna wind up with two Republican candidates for governor this year because there are too many Dems running!
Remember how I felt about that?

Eric Swalwell was clearly pushed out of the race from the Democrat side (by his own people) to prevent the dual-GOP scenario from happening. And then, even if all other machinations failed, the ballot counting machine would have taken as long as possible to ensure the party didn’t get locked out of running its own state. In the end, Steve Hilton made it to the General Election, and by less than 2 points over third-place candidate Tom Steyer – with roughly 83,000 ballots left to count nearly three weeks since Election Day.

An excerpt:
My admonition to all is to tune out the negative voices and the whiners who are trying to stop President Trump from advancing toward a deal. I had hopes the Iranian regime would be rooted out, but once again, it’s not America’s job to do the dying necessary, and without willing partners ready to put boots on ground while we remain at sea and in the air, it’s a non-starter. The best outcome, then, from this point forward looks like the rumored framework of the deal:
  • Strait of Hormuz immediately reopened with de-mining underway
  • Iran gives up uranium enrichment, hands over any stockpiles, and provides access to outside inspectors to ensure their end of the agreement is held up
  • Iran, pending satisfactory fulfillment of above points, gets a break on sanctions and an opportunity for the new chain of command to advance the nation’s standing in the world
Earlier this week, President Trump inked an agreement to bring about the cessation of hostilities and establish the framework for regional stability. Yet many of the voices who encouraged the early kinetic actions against Iran are now screeching because the bombs are on hold (for now), and on the flip side of the coin, the loudest voices for non-interventionism are repeating online vomit and half-truths to mock Trump for supposedly waving a white flag.
The goalposts for what defines success are constantly being moved.
Now it is time for a reality check on the way the world is, and why the deal is what it is:

:itsok: Sure, that’s what happened.

More strikes on Iran today. I bet Trump is damning Netanyahoo's name in private, like Hitler damning Mussolini for dragging him into North Africa.

Meh. Until Iran learns its Hormuz boundaries...no skin off Trump's ass, just a few more bombs for Iran.

Its about time "uniblab" keeps his trap shut when military action might be coming. Your TDS affects your perception.
I saw a President with no answers. How many times now is he declaring we won’t or an agreement is in place only for that to be either a lie or most generously he was fooled again?

Iran's military was demolished. Iran does NOT control the strait. Iran shot 4 drones and the US shot 3 down.
We'll see who gets the better of the peace deal.
Iran doesn’t control the strait ? Where is the oil and why aren’t the prices dropping way down like Trump said would happen….months ago. Why do we even need a deal. Iran doesn’t control the strait.

That was Joe Biden.

Hormuz is open, the MOU is in place but not being enforced, nothing is final yet, take a nerve pill.

The oil is moving, gas prices are dropping, but it takes time to oil to the refiners.
We need a peace deal to formally end the war.

Read your own story. There was no rape involved…aren’t you the least bit embarrassed ?
He has no shame....he's made that much clear.

His idol used a PRISM weapons system on a girls' school. In case you don't know, the PRISM is a missile that doesn't hit the target. It's calibrate to explode above a target and send out tens of thousands of tungsten pellets at very high velocities. Its designed to kill people while not seriously destroying buildings, roads, etc... Vehicles can be disabled if these submunitions hit in the right area of course. The fukking ass hole used it on a girl's school.

Each one of those indentions is one of these tungsten pellets

Anyone who still supports this administration after this sort of activity just sucks...it's beyond comprehension how anyone would support this sort of mass murder.

LIAR. Watch the video. Your photos look nothing like the actual school.

Iran with nukes and ICBMs would have been a disaster.
Defanging Iran was the right move.
Is this the third or fourth or fifth time we’ve defanged Iran…..according to Trump. The United States with nukes and ICBMs has been a disaster under Trump. Threatening our allies and peoples of the free world with taking over their countries…Trump has managed to do the impossible by making a terrorist nation more sympathetic. Another incompetent goofball move.

Typing lies is easy. None of the issues you bring up are true.
Iran, who whips girls for singing, uses public hangings to terrorize its citizens, and murdered 42,000 peaceful protesters is not "sympathetic", you unAmerican democrat goofballs are the real problem.

If Iran has been "crippled" why did they cause billions of damage to US bases in the region? Why are they destroying our Arab allies? Why are they able to close the strait and there's literally no way the US can force them to open it militarily? Why has the Trump and the US capitulated to Iran and given them virtually everything they've wanted, if we "crippled" them?

Oh and btw, in the MOU, Iran is not giving up Uranium enrichment!

America stopped Iran's nuclear weapons program, unlike the flawed and time limited JCPOA.

The MOU doesn't limit Iran's nuclear enrichment program, at all. They can continue enriching uranium like they were doing previously.

<~~~~~~~~~~>
Unless you completely decapitate the snake and even the snake will attempt to bite back,
Did you expect that Iran wouldn't strike back after the beating they took?
Trump has accomplished this with only the help of Israel, while Europe has sat this one out.
Trump has not capitulated to Iran, and there are still faction within Iran such as the IRGC that want to fight.
So, the IRGC took out a freighter and suffered damage and destruction to another military site. It's Whack-A-Mole time.
