The entire point of the prosecution was to prevent him from running in the election.

Since they failed to do that and arguably helped him win the election there is no point in allowing the farce to continue.

Those involved will try to make it go away as quietly as possible to cover up their epic failure.
No.

What else would you expect when a tyrant takes control? Hopefully the orange pig will eat enough Big Macs to have a stroke and die soon.
You sound extremely butt hurt. Delicious LOL

Yeah, but that is looking like it may be a problem.

From the questions, it seems they were interested in it being applied incorrectly.

Egads...............that could result in an overturned conviction.... :ack-1:

OK, was that their assigned flight corridor for all ops?

Don't think it will matter.

As Flight 5342 made its subsequent descent just miles south of the White House, the UH-60 Black Hawk flew at a low altitude along what is known as Route 4. The flight path hugs the eastern shore of the Potomac and is reserved as a special corridor for law enforcement, medevac, military, and government helicopters. Helicopters in the corridor must be at or below 200 feet above sea level.

The military helicopter may have been flying outside its approved flight path, at a higher altitude than it was supposed to be, and at least half a mile off the approved route, the
New York Times reported.
That would put it over land. They crashed into the water.

He he he......that's not the section the judges were referring to.

Well of course, as that is the claim of the appealing party. That's their job.

It would be pretty odd if they instead asked about fishing lures, or big screen tvs.

15th post
This wasn't in regard to his conviction, this was the $450M civil case by the lunatic AG James. Those Appeal arguments were last year.
