One big reason Trump appealed to people because he's authentic, says what he believes, and works on what he believes. Authenticity is terribly absent among nearly all Dems with few exceptions, like AOC, Bernie, and Fetterman.

Trump is a liar, so no, that's not what his appeal was to anyone. What I said is what did. That is why the NY group that voted fr him in the majority were whites. The non-white working class did not vote for Trump outside of Hispanic men in any majority and don't even try claiming the 21 percent of black men that were stupid enough to vote for him indicates any type of huge support for Trump from blacks. But you being white will automatically deny anything pertaining to race unless you can call someone non white the racist. So your response is expected. But for people to claim they were drawn to a man who was convicted of 34 counts of fraud, which is dishonesty, is quite humorous as far as the calvacade of excuses used for plausible deniability.

A very stupid move. As a lifelong tradesman, millwright, sawmills, construction, and steel mills, I am all for more funding for the trade schools. However, the engineering that we work on is not done by millwrights, it is done by engineers trained in universities. We need more of both tradesmen and engineers, but this present imbecilic admin is against education, period.

I saw work in sawmills, construction, soils engineering, and steel mills. The best times were under Democratic admins. Trade-schools are not centers of indoctrination. They teach REAL world skills that we will always need.

Let's see. Whenever things were slow and I was only working 40 hour weeks, I took university classes. I did all the English and other classes that are required when you are working on a degree in one of the science disciplines. Did 200 classes in Geology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics up to vector calculus. Highest class after that was Eng. Geo. 470/570. Not once do I remember any professor trying to indoctrinate me in a political view.
