The only prison reform I see is coming from us liberals and the Koch Brothers. We're letting non violent criminals out because they cost us a lot of money. You probably own stock in private prisons.

I watch too many court/crime TV shows to fall for your bullshit. I hate it too that murderers get out in 15 years. WTF? But it's hard to prove 1st degree murder and if you can get them to confess to 2nd degree, you do it and lock the person up for 15 years.

I hate it too. Take them out back and shoot them in most situations. There are times where I do see why it's right to let the person out again someday.

How about this one. The guy murdered his wife and really went to work on the body with a hammer, then burned her with a tank of gas. Without emotion he described taking her body out to the remote place where he hacked her up and burned her. I mean it was insane!!!

The jury found him not guilty of murder but guilty of some kind of manslaughter. Remember, you got to convince a jury of 12. Is this another thing you're against? Are you sure you're for the constitution?
