Both situations are groups of people motivated by genocidal policies who use military force to get in control of an area for a period of time, and thus, are in a position of power over those that they hate and are targetting.


The nazis, are obviously a far bigger "apple" but the situations are similar enough that comparison is valid.

After all, we are looking not at the big picture here, but at the smallest, ie individuals who were up close and whether or not ANY of them, had any humanity in their souls that shown though the horrors of the moment.
