We should start with more accurate and precise wording.
"health care" literally means "taking care of your own, personal health" such as proper diet/nutrition, plenty of exercise, enough rest/sleep, avoid damaging substances like alcohol, tobacco, controlled substances/drugs, and dangerous activities such as rock climbing, sky diving, race car driving, etc.

When "care of you health" hasn't worked out well enough, one then seeks "medical care" to try to fix ~adjust what went wrong and recover to 'normal'.

Many people opt to have "medical insurance" to help cover the costs of the "medical care" they may need, or want.

So to be blunt, you are grossly wrong and in error.
I and others don't seek top strip "tens of millions of Americans" of their right to take care of their health.
What we do have issue with is when they expect us to cover some to all of the cost of their medical care, especially if their health care failure was due to their lifestyle choices such as poor diet, no exercise, abuse of 'controlled substances/drugs' or other lifestyle hazardous activities.

ACA is most popular with those people who don't want to be adult and cover their own responsibilities for consequences of their own actions and/or lifestyles. Persons such as myself think we shouldn't have to pay for other peoples mistakes~neglect, etc.

US military budgets were cut by Democrats: Clinton, Obama, Biden; sanctions against Iran and their nuclear weapons program were weakened, and the Green Movement in Iran, which sought to replace Ayatollahs got no support from USA (Obama) and hence was crushed.

NATO has had resources for a couple decades to carry it's own weight on defense, while Warsaw Pact threat has become history, but has ridden USA coat-tails so they could cut their own military budgets and "let George(Washington) defend us".

Biden can't even eat his own lunch. Biden has been a parasitic freeloader and deadwood since they day he got out of college, has no clue how to run a for profit enterprise or to build USA economic prosperity, and is a puppet to foreign interests.
