Actually it's probably more accurate to say that a Trump staffer was assaulted by an Arlington employee but that wouldn't fit the left's hate filled narrative these days.

If that was the case, it would have been due to non-compliance with federal regulations.Actually it's probably more accurate to say that a Trump staffer was assaulted by an Arlington employee but that wouldn't fit the left's hate filled narrative these days.
A spokesman for the loser's campaign described in a derogatory manner the man who tried to stop them from holding a prohibited event at Arlington. No, no, no! He's a man who's devoted his life to ensuring Arlington cemetery remains a sacred place.
Why did he do a thumbs up at a gravestone and smile? Thats messed up.Actually it's probably more accurate to say that a Trump staffer was assaulted by an Arlington employee but that wouldn't fit the left's hate filled narrative these days.
The story is pure BS.
There no regulations preventing someone from appearing in a photo with thumbs up at Arlington. Why don't you ask the families of the members of the Military that Biden killed with his hastily withdraw from Afghanistan if a photo op was inappropriate? Trump showed those families more respect than Biden ever did. If you look at the incident rationally it seems that the Arlington employee was a political activist as well as the instigator and the Trump staffer was the victim. Why did he do a thumbs up at a gravestone and smile? Thats messed up.

I wondered who allowed Trump to desecrate Arlington National Cemetery with his “thumbs-up” photo-op visit. Turns out Arlington staff tried to inhibit Trump’s actions—and one staff member WAS ATTACKED by Trump campaign staffers.
You can read the disgraceful details in this article from NPR.
Not only violated rule (2) of Arlingtons code of conduct, but actually assaulted a staff member.

Laying a wreath is fine. Posing like "the Fonz" is not.You can't take a photo of someone laying a wreath in Arlington?!
Who cares? We get that Trump's cardinal sin was honoring those that Trump and Harris got killed.Laying a wreath is fine. Posing like "the Fonz" is not.
You honor them in silent or quiet reflection.Who cares? We get that Trump's cardinal sin was honoring those that Trump and Harris got killed.
“The hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery are the final resting place of our American heroes. Trump defiled Arlington National Cemetery by doing a crass campaign stunt over the grave of a dead hero. And his campaign staff acted like bullies,” the Democratic California congressman Ted Lieu posted to X.
Oh God, here we go, it must be another conspiracy...FFSNo one who was actually there saw anything like this....
