The ***** went to the police and insisted that charges be brought.
The ***** showed LE her 'bruises' and claimed she had been "grabbed and thrown to the ground". LE is required by law to file charges 'pending an investigation'. 'Filing a charge' is not the same as 'bringing a charge you idiot!
By law a female medical specialist must do a full body examination to determine the full extent of the female 'victim's' injuries. The ***** didn't' know this had o happen.
When she was informed of this she told LE that she wanted to drop any charges. At that point LE, by law is required, for the victims safety, to go forward with the examination. Many victims of abuse are at that point afraid of the repercussions by their partners if more injuries are discovered.
The full body surface examination was completed.
What tipped the medical specialist off was the bruises were obviously caused days before the incident in question. The bruises by then had turned brown. The medical specialist found old similar bruises on the *****'s other arm.
The video clearly shows' the ***** was grabbed on the upper arm not on the forearm.
When this information was given to the Democrat prosecutor David Aronberg he decided no crime had been committed and dropped the charges.
Ironically it's now the ***** who is in trouble with the law for making a false claim of assault.

Personally I dont think he did. And regardless, it was not proven in court. Prosecutors failed to prove the case, create a plausible scenario etc.

I think it is quite plausible that OJ may be sitting in prison now because of complications to his life that were the result of his attorneys losing the trial of public opinion.
