The elites want a strong government. They tried all governments. Too much steaking, corruption, torture, murdering, genocides, etc. They like the current Chinese model. Strong central Communist government structure and Capitalist production that is harsher than ours is currently. We are being downsized and there are people who do not believe it. The ones who are still privileged. A huge percentage of the population survives on checks and benefits and do not do anything. That is a hindrance on growth even though that causes growth. And the checks and benefits can be stopped or reduced. I would like to think that Progressives are so real on their views on what was equality and is in reality equity. Yet what makes you frauds is that we have slaves making products for us overseas. And we get them cheaper for it.
