Another problem caused by obama but corrected by trump. Back in 2016, obama simply stopped enforcing laws that say truckers must know english. He was not allowed to do that but he did it anyway because democrats believe non-whites are above the law!!

They passed the CDL test here, didn't they? So they must have some proficiency of understanding. they obviously used translation devices or services to comply with the CDL test.
