Great, but why add an illegal alien, who can’t read or write English, that doesn’t know the laws? He is not allowed to work in this country, yet California gave him a Commercial Driver’s License, why would the do that and let him drive a commercial vehicle?

This accident should never of happened because California and an employer gave him a job in a large weapon!
