You still have shown me no evidence that a sexual assault actually occurred. Imagine someone like me sitting on a jury, grand or court trial.

You can always find exceptions where a particular girl is stronger than a particular boy. But in the overwhelming percentage of cases, even an 11-year-old boy can quickly overpower an 11-year-old girl.

I speak from experience. I was shocked by the strength disparity, and the only reason I didn’t get my head bashed in is because the boy was not a savage - and let me back up.

P.S. You don’t need solid evidence to bring a charge. You need to bring a reasonable indication that a crime occurred.

All you have is a video of a girl with a pained expression on her face in the middle of a wrestling match she is obviously losing at the moment. I am not saying it didn't happen, but that there is absolutely no evidence of an alleged sexual assault.

Why has no one prosecuted the individual accused? Because there is no evidence!

Have you ever heard of probable cause? In this case, there is none! No judge is going to allow a case to proceed with no evidence. Why do you think the school system investigated and found nothing?

So you cannot answer the question. Where is the evidence presented in the OP? I am pretty sure that none was presented and that is exactly what the school board investigation was based upon.

Perhaps everyone needs to reread the OP. I just did and I still find no report to police even indicated. The alleged assault was never reported to police as to what I am able to determine.
