All those except those who actually participated in the physical violence against persons and committed vandalism. If those offenses were mild, he could commute the remainder of their sentences in good conscience but they should not be pardoned. Just entering the Capital Building, especially through open doors, and/or angry rhetoric should never be punishable offenses.
