Nothing in that release shows what she is claiming and there is not a court in Heaven or Hell that would prosecute Obama for being President and making his own presidential decisions for furthering the investigation in to Russian interference in the 2016 election, until they got to the bottom of all the Russians did.

Stop watching TV. No, it goes in front of a Grand Jury first. The Grand Jury indicts. A judge doesn't have a lot of control over a Grand Jury.

Grand Juries don't sit for just one case, they sit for aspecified term. Once the Bastard Son Of Frank Marshall Davis is indicted, he will go in front of a Petit Jury. Judges have more power there. But not as much as you think.
