I'm just a realist. The statutes for charging them with falsifying documents, lying to Congress etc. have run out. For instance James Clapper could have been charged with lying to Congress and falsifying information, but in 2018 when he could have charged him, Sessions let those statutes run out.

The odds that Comey, Brennan, Clapper et al will now be charged with treason I think are slim to none. I could be wrong. But I've watched this stuff for a very long time now.

Do I think they SHOULD be charged? Absolutely. And if found guilty, they should have the book thrown at them. That would send a very strong message to other deep state operatives who are plotting that kind of malfeasance. But I don't think Bondi will indict/charge them unless she thinks the DOJ has an ironclad case and can win in court. To charge them and then they are not convicted could do a great deal of harm and encourage others to follow in their footsteps.
