But it doesn't say otherwise...I read the Pdf documents released that Gabbard is opining on.... She's not talking facts or showing evidence....she's giving her political opinion based on her own politics...and distraction abilities....

Nothing in that release shows what she is claiming and there is not a court in Heaven or Hell that would prosecute Obama for being President and making his own presidential decisions for furthering the investigation in to Russian interference in the 2016 election, until they got to the bottom of all the Russians did.
