Could not find that doctor being dismissed in a 30 day web search, so I am unsure if your posting is timely. Also, looked and found multiple studies still negative on Hydroxichloriquine, including a large study from Great Britain. Not what I would call a liberal country. It is not approved in this country, but if you come down with Covid, maybe you can mug a Lupus patient.
Britsish study is in favor of a steroid DEXAMETHASONE . I do not know if it is approved under a EUA for Covid in this country or not. Read the monogram warnings and doesn't come with anywhere near the number of warnings and contraindications. My recommendation would be to wear mask, avoid crowds, practice distancing, use hand sanitizer when you get back to your car, wash hands thoroughly when you get home and hope you don't get it.

Today when I was at the store and in line to check out,
as the cashier started ringing my items
she asked me to pull my mask up, over my nose....I flipped

My response...

Why aren't you wearing disposable gloves and changing them after every customer
You are touching my items after handling money and previous items from other customers
Not only are your germs on my groceries now but, everyone's germs you came in contact with

Cover my nose...no, how bout I take the mask off instead
