I drink hydrogen water as well.
Yes; that's also what I think. The estrogen-like compounds in tofu are plant-based, more specifically they are phytoestrogens, so kind of like estrogen but not exactly. No, tofu does not increase estrogen levels in males.
Tofu is a soy-based food that contains isoflavones, which are plant compounds with estrogen-like properties. However, studies have shown that isoflavones do not significantly increase estrogen levels in men. In fact, a meta-analysis of 41 studies concluded that there is no evidence that soy consumption affects testosterone or estrogen levels in men.
Therefore, consuming tofu is unlikely to increase estrogen levels in males. It is important to note that excessive consumption of soy products may have other health effects, so it is recommended to consume them in moderation.
Not sure how you would be able to shoot at tofu with a rifle. All the tofu I have seen are tiny.Has anyone ever shot a big block of tofu with a rifle? I bet it would make one hell of a splatter.
I'll have to get some and try it.
Actually, tofu's blandness is what I like about it. Have you tried pan-searing a hunk of tofu? The end result is a golden-brown crispy tofu. Still has no flavor, but it manages to create happiness in my brain.Boring. Mostly tasteless. Need to hide it with complicated mixed ingredients.
Cheaper than porterhouse but more boring than even white rice.

Still. Tofu is like, soft, and you have a rifle. That's like killing a ladybug with a samurai sword.
