Today Is The Day.

The Detectives will present mt Daughter case to the District attorney to see if charges will be brought in her case. I slept all of 4 hours last night, and the sad thing is, that if charges are brought, then it will only be the beginning of many more sleepless nights. The accused has lawyered up, and is now digging in. I take this to mean that charges are coming. My daughter is ready to go to. The suspense is killing me.

as one who has gone thru the legal system last year...its an amazing maze of this and that....of legal and all.....regardless of fair...at times you will wish you never started ..this is the first of many sleepless nights.....you will be amazed, confused and confounded...but somehow most of the time....and i said most not all of the time....justice gets done....the truth comes out....

but then as a friend of mines says...

you want justice go to a whorehouse....

you want to get fucked go to a courthouse....
