Jackson stayed that John Marshall made his ruling, now he could enforce it.
Ha ha.They lied
They specifically stated Roe v Wade was the law of the land and that they supported the precedence
If they thought Roe was UnConstitutional, they should have stated so when they were confirmed
Instead……They lied
The TRUMPCourt is grossly partisan and uses the Constitution only when convenientThey’re conservatives. They stick with the Constitution. If your characterization of Republicans are those who follow Constitutional law, fine with me.

Everything the Bozo in Chief says or does is wrong.Biden was pretty harsh this afternoon as his condemned the conservative justices and called it a “sad day for the country*” and the ruling a “tragic error.” He even went so far as to claim that the justices “took away a Constitutional right” when of course there is no constitutional right to an abortion and was the crux of what the SCOTUS determined.
Is it not undermining a co-equal branch of the government for a president to say that the SCOTUS has violated the Constitution?
* It‘s not a sad day for million of yet unborn children.

Progs use judges for their agendas. The Supreme Court is the last way of total control. And the judges still give them some stuff.Maybe because they lied about their intent
The Supreme Court is not above reproach.
They are judged by all Americans and will be judged by History

Just your opinion! Where is your proof? Plus... how lazy? "stayed"???? What does that mean?Jackson stayed that John Marshall made his ruling, now he could enforce it.

“ In the 1832 case of Worcester v Georgia, President Andrew Jackson, who disagreed with the SCOTUS opinion in the matter, famously said ‘John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it.’”PROVE IT. Where in history did Jackson tell the court to stuff it? GIVE me proof and not your subjective totally biased and ignorant opinion!
Their stance was correct. It was “settled” law, as little as that phrase means. No lie at all. Before Brown v. Board of Education, Plessy v. Ferguson was also “settled” law (for a longer period of time than between Roe v. Wade and Dobbs). Should the SCOTUS not have overruled “separate by equal?”Their stance on Roe at their confirmation is well documented
Nothing to prove

Biden was np0otr harsh enough. What we have is 6 righty wing Nazis who are aiding Republicans into turning this into a dictatorship. The Supreme Court is the enemy of the people.
The fact is that the SCOTUS has ignored the Constitution.
There is no such thing as a unborn child. A fetus is not a child.
