1) A farm bailout for the farmers hurt, again, by his tariffs. Tariffs will pay for harm done by his tariffs. Supreme irony.

2) A $2000 tariff dividend check for every American.

3) Tariffs will replace the individual income tax!

4) Tariffs will finance an as yet undefined child care initiative!

5) Tariffs will create a US sovereign wealth fund!

6) Tariffs will eliminate the federal deficit!

7) Tariffs will pay off the federal debt!

The entire South turned Republican after Kennedy and LBJ passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
