The Due Process the Supreme court ruled should happen, is for the admin to bring the defendant and the request to deport Garcia to ElSalvador back to the Court who issued the court ordered protection, to see if they would remove the Court Ordered protection so the admin could deport him back to ElSalvador.

This process in our legal system, has not taken place....and needs to.

The final result of Garcia's encounter and due process in 2019, was a COURT ORDER saying that Garcia could NOT be deported to ElSalvador. anywhere else, was fine.

the Trump admin BROKE the court order/law when they deported him to ElSalvador. They claim it was a MISTAKE... they admitted their error.

The due process for Garcia was ABSENT by the admin.....on getting his protection from deportation to ElSalvador by the courts legally removed.

This procedure to get the judge to remove the court ordered protection before the admin deported him was not done and is due.

If the court chooses to remove the ElSalvadoran protection given him, then the admin can ship him back there, if the protection from physical harm is still determined to be needed by the court, then then admin can make arrangements with another country to deport him to.

It's so simple a solution and correction of the WRONG, the MISTAKE the Admin committed....

So why is Trump fighting so hard to deny the court order? What is this all about? Why does he fight this battle? Who or what laws and part of the Constitution is he set on breaking next? Hauling off Americans, without constitutional due process???
