Tinted windows...

Okay, now that I have my studded tires off and my oil changed, I'm thinking about tinted windows.

I have a Hyunda Santa Fe Sport and the back and side windows are tinted quite dark, you can hardly see in, but the windshield and driver and passenger side windows are not tinted. Or if they're tinted, they're very light.

I'm wondering...once you get the windows tinted, can they be untinted? Because this is a leased vehicle.

I know there are limits by law on how dark these windows can be tinted, and I plan to abide by that.

Any comments, experiences, advice about this? I haven't checked prices, that may be the end of this entire endeavor!

Sure they can be untinted. The stuff just sticks on.

o but its a mess to remove...you have to have the installer do it...leaves a sticky film and all.....or just figure out what they use to remove it

or just get a letter from a dermo saying you need it to prevent skin cancer and go as dark as you want
