SEE:Are young Americans paying attention to Obamacare ads?

Jennifer Smola, USA TODAY
November 20, 2013

On the other side of the issue is the Opt Out campaign, a product of the non-profit organization Generation Opportunity.

”Opt Out has employed Web videos and events on college campuses — like the University of Miami — featuring "Creepy Uncle Sam," who is the visual tool the campaign is using to demonstrate the "creepy" and "intrusive" nature of Obamacare, Generation Opportunity President Evan Feinberg says.

"Uncle Sam is a symbol of patriotism," Feinberg says. "Creepy Uncle Sam is what happens when the government oversteps its bounds."”

And why shouldn’t Generation Opportunity not promote an Opt Out campaign”? The fact is, our progressive crowd in Washington __ and this includes our lying president__ are attempting to enslave our nation’s younger generation into paying for the health care needs of its radical and socialist political base. And in return for their free health care, Obama and his progressive crowd on Capitol Hill expect them to use their vote to keep them in power! This is how socialists, communists and progressives work. They first obtain political power by offering “free stuff”, thereby creating a massive voting block dependent upon government for their subsistence, which is then literally forced into prostituting their vote to keep riding the “free stuff wagon”. Fortunately we were warned against this trap of enslavement:

A POWER OVER A MAN's SUBSISTENCE AMOUNTS TO A POWER OVER HIS WILL ____ Hamilton, No. 79 Federalist Papers

But there is even a better reason for our younger generation to Opt Out of Obamacare. The American people have never had a debate to grant a power to the federal government to regulate their medical and health care decisions, and then granted this regulatory power to Congress under Article V of our Constitution which is the only lawful way Congress may exercise a new power. In addition, of the specific taxing powers granted to Congress [imposts, duties, excises, a tax upon incomes without apportionment and various types of direct taxes] not one can be levied as the “shared responsibility payment” [the individual mandate] and be within the limits of the tax selected!

Finally, it is an outright attack upon the birth right of our younger generation to pursue their own “happiness” to demand them to buy health insurance which is not tailored to meet their own medical and health care needs, and surely would not include the costly kind of coverage for an elderly person who has contributed to their own decaying medical condition through an unhealthy life style.

Again I say thumbs up to Generation Opportunity and Evan Feinberg for standing up to a despotic federal government which has actively worked to eviscerate our Constitution and ignore the defined and limited powers granted by our Constitution, not to mention how it now woks to enslave our nation’s younger generation!

Are they promoting that these kids shouldn't get healthcare?
Have you found something to suggest that?

If the America People do not rise up and defend their existing Constitution and the intentions and beliefs under which it was adopted, who is left to do so but the very people it was designed to control and regulate?

Imagine if a million college students showed upon on the Washington Mall to protest the un-constitutionality of Obamacare and its attack upon their fundamental right to make their own medical and health care decisions.

A legislative act which "impinges upon a fundamental right explicitly or implicitly secured by the Constitution is presumptively unconstitutional." See: Harris v. McRae United States Supreme Court (1980) Also see City of Mobile v. Bolden, 466 U.S. 55, 76, 100 S.Ct. 1490, 64 L.Ed.2d 47 (1980)

They are not “liberals”. They are conniving Marxist parasites who use the cloak of government force to steal the wealth which wage earners, business and investors have worked to create

See: Obama responds to ObamaCare attack ads
By Mike Flannery

"When the President fired back, he also aimed at Charles and David Koch, who gave a reported $5 million to the group airing the ad.

"Some of the wealthiest men in America are funding a cynical ad campaign trying to convince young people not to buy health care at all. Now, think of it, these are billionaires several times over. You know they've got good health care," Obama said.”

Now that is another lie. The truth is, Operation Generation is cautioning our nation’s younger generations about buying into Obamacare’s outrageous premiums and out-of-pocket costs. The group is not, even remotely, suggesting they do not purchase health insurance tailored to their own unique medical and health care needs.

When will Obama, our inner-city flimflam community organizer stop lying to the American People and trying to enslave our nation’s younger generation with his out of control deficit spending which will deprive them of their economic freedom?

Prior to Obamacare most colleges did require students to have health insurance. And many colleges offered health insurance plans tailored to meet a college students unique needs without all the crap which Obama wants to force upon students which statistically they do not need but will increase their premiums if included.

Of course, the higher premiums to be grabbed from students under Obamacare will be used to pay the medical costs of Obama’s parasitic welfare crowd which has been made dependent upon government and is blackmailed during every election for their vote in order to keep riding on Obama’s free stuff wagon.

In any event, Obama lied to college students when he told them they could keep their health insurance plans if they liked them. Let us now see what Obamacare has actually done to our nation’s college students and young adults. See: Students suffer ObamaCare sticker shock as premiums soar, plans get cut
November 18, 2013•
FoxNews.com

”The new rules affect a broad swath of American schools, especially the small ones.

At Bowie State University in Maryland, the cost of student health insurance policies went from roughly $100 a year to $1,800 a year.

The cancelled plan offered $5,000 worth of medical coverage to students for just $54 per semester. University administrators said an acceptable replacement under the Affordable Care Act would have cost $900 per semester, a 1,500 percent increase.”

Is it not reasonable for students who have lost their health insurance plans because of Obamacare to rise up and defend their fundamental right to purchase health insurance to meet their own medical and health care needs and not be forced to purchase Obamacare insurance? Do they not have a fundamental right to protest Obamacare and organize a million student march on Washington to object being made tax slaves under Obamacare?

I say three cheers for Generation Opportunity and standing up to our liar and chief!

See: VIDEO: Students at historically black college complain Obamacare has left them uninsured

”Students at Bowie State University assailed the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on Thursday after administrators cancelled a low cost school-wide health care plan due to new regulations in the law.”

Is it not time to organize a million student march on Washington to protest Obamacare?

SEE: San Francisco to Pay For Sex Change Surgery

In other words, “San Francisco values” often become “America’s values.” Or to borrow from a famous commercial phrase: What happens in San Francisco doesn’t stay in San Francisco. Unless Obamacare is fundamentally transformed and decentralized–still possible, I think–that will eventually include public funding of sex change surgeries.

It is unacceptable to force college students to pay for coverage they neither need nor want. As a matter of fact, for the federal government to force students under Obamacare to purchase health insurance they do not want is to impinge upon a fundamental right protected under our Constitution’s Ninth Amendment!

Obamacare by consent of the governed, Article 5, our Constitution`s amendment process. Tyranny by a majority vote in Congress or a Supreme Court's majority vote
