The last one is the latest coming from Trump basically sending his smoke signals to his supporters that he needs help in delegitimizing what has been happening in the past year and a half.

The National Archives and Records Administration has become yet another target of threats in the wake of attacks by former President Donald Trump after the FBI seized government documents from his Mar-a-Lago residence, sources have told The Washington Post.

After Trump unleashed a torrent of invective against an agency widely viewed as librarian-like and apolitical, police increased patrols around the National Archives building in Washington, D.C., due to a troubling “spike in online chatter” about the facility, sources told the Post.

Acting archivist Debra Steidel Wall sent a message Wednesday telling NARA staff to stand strong in the face of threats, according to the Post.
“NARA has received messages from the public accusing us of corruption and conspiring against the former President, or congratulating NARA for ‘bringing him down,’” Steidel Wall wrote in the agency-wide message obtained by The Post. “Neither is accurate or welcome.”

Trump has treated the documents as his personal property, though, under the Presidential Records Act, they belong to the American people.

The National Archives isn't the only federal agency facing a deluge of threats after the Mar-a-Lago search.

The above may not be all of the people or organizations being threatened by Trump supporters once he attacks them in the past six or seven years. There may be more.

Needless to say, no other former President has ever attacked any of those people or organizations, that I know of, which would lead their supporters, in office or voters, to act by threatening or even physically attacking them.

Needless to say, any other government official, and non official, etc, would have already been indicted. But supporters like Lindsay Graham have recently stated that if Trump is prosecuted, there will be riots in the street. Only making things worse for the Rule of Law.

Too much is at stake with some people, too many people, thinking that they do not have to honor and uphold the Constitution and the Rule of Law of the USA, which they swore to once they took office.

What I don't get about the guy is this: From what I can tell, his biggest single issue is antisemitism and Israel. He opposes antisemitism and supports Israel's battle against genocidal terrorists. Trump was the best friend to Israel we have ever had, while the Democrat party is absolutely crawling with antisemites. Despite this, he just keeps on beating the partisan drum as if this were STILL the 60s and not 20 fucking 22.

When you have democrats give out the address of SCOTUS and the address of where their children go to school, something more is going on here

When you have someone then show up at the house of one of the justices on SCOTUS who admitted he was there to assassinated him, and when no leadership from the DNC condemns it, and flat out refuses to even acknowledge it, something more is going on here

When those in Congress seek to protect SCOTUS after the assassination attempt through legislation as the DNC tries to thwart it, you know something more is going on here.

The U.S. Justice Department has charged five people for making threats of violence against election workers amid a rising wave of harassment and intimidation tied to the 2020 presidential election, a top official told U.S. senators Wednesday.

Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Polite said one charge has led to a conviction so far through a task force launched last year as reports of threats to election officials, workers and volunteers raised concerns about safety and the security of future elections.

Overall, the department has investigated more than 1,000 harassing and threatening messages directed at election workers. Roughly 100 of those have risen to the level of potential prosecution. Polite estimated at least three more people have been charged for such threats at the state level.

Sen. Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, said at a hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee that those numbers likely do not account for countless more incidents nationwide, including election workers accosted on the street, that are not referred to federal prosecutors.
