They voted for Obama because Bush gave them the worst job market since the Great Depression. It took Bush eight years to produce this terrible job market, it may take that long for Obama to get it back.

That's because they were hardest hit by Bush and the Republicans.
Cut education.
Lie them into war.
Let him die.
Fight against health care.
Sell their future to make corporate profits.
Right wing fuckers. Look at the damage they caused. And they can't even see it because they are blinded by Obama's black skin.
I'm 31 and its because my generation is a bunch of violent little greedy video game playing shits...
That is why..
You want something for nothing...
I know my generation...
You believe the world and its wealth is owed to you because your fucking x box is broken - boo hoo bitch...
If one ignores (or judiciously rewrites) all history then obviously whomsoever happens to be in charge now is responsibile for everything.
And THAT pretty much describes the modus operandi of most of this board's right winging trolls.
How ironic

Are you fucking delusional?
Bush kept a good unemployment rate for 6 years... Then progressives take over and started spending money like water and unemployment rates sky rocketed.... The war was already expensive - yet progressives were like: "fuck dat shit we gonna give money away to our voting base."
Now, who do you think pays taxes in general? the guy in the apartment or the guy with the successful business???
The guy with the successful business damn well knew he was gong to be on the hook for not only the war but the progressive vote buying.... That business owner saw taxes being raised to compensate for the progressive spending, so those owners braced themselves (intelligently) for a tax increase onslaught... Guess how they braced themselves? by saving and dumping employees left and right....
That's what happens when you spend responsible peoples money.... In theory the government may as well be taxing jobs away..

Steve Wynn--of Wynn's resort and casino--Las Vegas, NVIm saying it bluntly, that this administration is the greatest wet blanket to business, progress and job creation in my lifetime. A lot of people dont want to say that. Theyll say, Oh God, dont be attacking Obama. Well, this is Obamas deal, and its Obama thats responsible for this fear in America.
The guy [Obama] keeps making speeches about redistribution, and maybe we ought to do something to businesses that dont invest or hold too much money. We havent heard that kind of talk except from pure socialists.
Business is being hammered. The business community in this country is frightened to death of the weird political philosophy of the president of the United States. Until hes gone, everybodys going to be sitting on their thumbs.
These punks dream is that the government will give them the newest flat screen TV's and the latest video game systems, and an apartment and rations of high quality food and booze to drink while they work 15 hours a week at a tech support job - and that to them is socialism and the way of life and capitalism is getting in their way of that utopia.
College students students take the cake for the philosophically retarded.

I have to admit this. In my family I have a lot of educated--college master degree's--younger family members that were over the top for Obama. They voted for him--
They were swayed by perfectly pronounced speech's--Greek columns--staged lighting--and a type of Rock star status. They ignored Rev. Wright--they ignored the Joe the Plumber comment--they ignored anything and everything that should have waved a big red flag at them. And in the end I think their vote was more about casting a vote AGAINST G.W. Bush than it was voting for Barack Obama.
I knew immediately when I heard Obama's comment to Joe the Plumber--(when Obama thought he wasn't be video taped)--exactly who Obama was. A socialist--whom was intent on punishing success while rewarding failure. Which was right in the face of what the youth in my family had worked so hard to accomplish--Obama wanted to redistribute to others who had not worked as hard as they did--and they didn't see it coming.

I agree with you 1000% on everything you just said.
And yes, what he represents is socialism and giving things to people who do not earn it.
This is America, work for what you want. Not stand outside and wait for someone to give you a piece of something they have worked hard for.
How ironic
We witnessed the younger generation in their 20's and 30's in Mass--run to the polls to vote for our Harvard graduate--community organizer--most intellectual President of all time--to find that their generation is the hardest hit by this recession/depression. Those coming out of college cannot find jobs. Many are still living with their parents well into their 30's. In fact marriage dropped off a cliff last year-because they can't find jobs that would support a family.
