I don't believe this man. He says he's just now learning people can have no symptoms and still spread the disease.

If this man is just now learning this extremely important fact, where has he been for the last 2 months and what has he been doing? If he's being truthful, he has absolutely no business being a governor of any state.
Well it is the Trump effect, when its politically convenient to believe whatever is floated out there by the right. To be fair he heard trump say that it will be alright. Fine example of it really does matters where you get your information. That was a big word (asymptomatically ) that he used. I guess after making such a statement he had to sound vague. I would expect that this was political suicide.
