Secretaries of State all across the country will refuse to allow him on the Presidential ballot, and reject any write-ins for him (Based on the 14th Amendment, Sec. 3)

SCOTUS has no standing in determining who is on the ballots - The Constitution clearly states that the States run the election. SCOTUS can only intervene when there's a possible violation of Federal law.
