Trump should have reopened all the oil fields and refineries that were shut down in the 70's and 80's. Texas and Louisiana was lousy with oil and gas fields all over the damned states!!

In fact, I don't know WHY any of the Texas governors haven't reopened all the oil fields and refineries in Texas!!!
