Occasional Cortex can not possibly be that stupid. There is no way someone else could have afforded the personnel to watch her and keep her alive. She would have drowned looking at the clouds when it rained, walked into traffic or a machine, drank DRANO in lieu of a laxative, or talked some stupid shit to a pimp in the Bronx where she supposedly "grew up". There is no way she would still be alive being that stupid no matter how much we have arrested natural selection.
She is much smarter than we can imagine. She is deliberately going to get rich, just like all the other sociopaths who enter public office with nefarious goals, but she does not care how stupid she makes the rest of the DNC look while doing so. I suspect she is doing that deliberately also. She want to make her money, marginalize the socialist bed wetters so that she can keep it, and retire comfortable.
