But it just popped up on my YouTube recommendation list and I was wondering whether or not you guys thought it was cruel or the bus driver wasn't in the wrong. I'm sort of on the fence about it because I didn't see the whole entire situation, but all I know is the kids seem pretty panicked by it.

There really isn't enough information to make a determination on the situation. But yeah, IMO, something should have been done to de-escalate the situation.

Since there were concerned adults outside? Maybe the drive should have called for back up? I can't say really, it does look like a volatile situation.

I would hope that someone would call a parent whose kid is on the bus to show up on the scene.
