I never followed up.
I made this, and it is quite good.
Chicken breast is hard to do right. Near impossible.
Surprisingly, cutting into the chicken like this, not only opens up crevices for the sauce to get into the meat - but it cooks the interior of the chicken faster also.

Having said that - it would probably still be better if you used boneless thigh meat instead.
