The largest expense in our fed is entitlement... and yes, the government wastes money in the dept of def and it should be audited.. but food stamps, welfare, etc should be eliminated for any able bodied person able to work..

According to the very CRS report you cite, Obama's waiver has already expired, and the Daily Caller have been caught lying and no honest person would use them as a source for the truth. Furthermore CRS reports that the increase in food stamps began with Bush as a result of his 2007 crash and not after the stimulus.
