Nearby (to me) Toledo, Ohio was a SWAMP when it was settled. The land was drained, cleared and farmed by WHITES. Negros weren't/arent capable of doing anything with the land. Whining seems to be about itIM2 clings to the fantasy that whites were given prime farm land ready to plant. It wasn’t, in all cases it was virgin wilderness that needed years of work to turn into farm land. On the east coast it was covered by dense hardwood forests and on the Great Plains which is what he usually complains about, it was prairie that laughed at horse-drawn plows and lacked water. Even today those plots are only productive because of deep tube wells and artificial irrigation. Oh and in both areas the land was inhabited by hostile natives who were more than happy to kill, torture and rape the invaders.
