Not only that but between affirmative action and now DEI, the hiring minorities has been preferential if not compulsory. That tends to happen when most of your young men are felons with long criminal and prison records. An educated minority member with no criminal or prison record is actually more likely to get a job with the government, major corporations or educational institutions. I’m over seventy and it’s been that way for my entire working life.

I have never once claimed racism and discrimination doesn't exist. You seem to be of the impression if a white person occupied a privileged position, anywhere, it MUST mean racism.

Most companies these days are on board with the whole DEI, BLM, woke liberal agenda. Show me these companies who are hiring people BECAUSE they are white. Pretty much every company these days has a diversity quot they are required to fill.
