Yale isn't finding abducted children. They aren't doing anything for abducted children. According to the article,
The i Paper says Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has paused financial support for researchers at Yale University's Humanitarian Research Lab (HRL).

They have a laboratory, at YALE, that researches abducted children among other humanitarian issues. They don't go looking for them. They funding wasn't pulled, just paused until they prove the need for their existence. So far, research into abducted children isn't necessary.

Now if this RESEARCH LABORATORY wants to save abducted children, they can start with the over 300,000 children that have disappeared in the United States.
