Honestly, I really don't have an opinion on you. I don't know you so I can't really formulate an honest opinion. It does appear that you throw out some outlandish comments and speculation without proof though. And the comments about Bush I believe are just to stir the pot.

I want to start by saying i am NOT a 'bush basher', i have no real hate for the guy at this time.

Maybe not, but you seem to be awfully judgemental about a guy who has had an outstanding and successful life, both in the public and private sector. Also, you are basing this on one clip and disregarding the rest of his career and life.

I started out in this thread, just saying ive never heard anyone talk like that in the 2nd clip. I got bombarded with insults...made me angry: downward spiral.

Can't blame you for getting angry but look at it from the point of view of the long time members here. Your stones thrown at Bush about his speaking skills have been discussed here hundreds of times. When you prance in and jump on the bandwagon you 'appear' to be nothing more than the Bush basher you claim not to be.

Anyway. Look at me! OBVIOUSLY I don't think we should judge a persons brainpower by how well he/she speaks. I DO believe the leader of the freeworld should be a good communicator however.

I believe he should be a good communicator as well. I'm not concerned how he reads his pre-written speeches to the public though and am more interested in his communication while on the job with our government and with foreign governments. I believe his skills are superb and I trust him because I think he is 'real' and not a puppet saying just what people want to hear like John Kerry. With an approach like that you'll never please all the people. Kerry was good at saying whatever the present crowd in front of him wanted to hear and would change his stance on his next public appearance. He is an excellent speaker but I would never want him leading our country.

Bush was a good speaker while governer, he was very sharp. Remember? Ive seen it!

I do remember. And I've also heard him speak quite well many, many times during his presidency. Unfortunately, some like to make clips highlighting solely his gaffes and many fall for it hook, line & sinker. Bottom line, he's still an intelligent man and there is more proof to back that up than there is proof that he is not intelligent. I'm a horrible public speaker as well but I highly excelled in high school, college and my career. I scored over 1200 on my SAT's and can accomplish most goals I set out to do. I don't think my speaking skills would diminish my ability to do my job, whether public or private.

I believe he is poor speaker now, not because he is dumb. but because he had a series of mini-strokes like his father. This why he has portable defibrillate on his person. Remember the rectangular box on his back during speeches?

There is no doubt in my mind that box was some sort of communication device. I'm quite confident that if he needed a defibrillator that he has a medical team within seconds from him. I highly doubt our government would allow him to administrate his own medical care. I find your 'opinion' to be far fetched and baseless.
