You typed four issues. We generalize on most issues. So, break it down. Each issue may have ten sub issues. That would be more specific. Then break those issues down more than specifically but micro analyzing. It does not have to be complicated, and it can be more so depending on any issue. Police y not being assholes with minor infractions could eliminate a lot of problems just on that issue. It is understandable they can have attitudes because the nature of the employment is what it is. Abusing people though has taken its toll in a nation where people are getting poorer in certain economic classes.
