Socialism is the act of taking away the ability of a man to rise out of poverty by his own two hands, and giving that means, at gun point, to the government. It is the theft of private property and handing it over to the state. It is the destruction of individualism, the destruction of freedom, and the destruction of the American Constitution.
You made that up. Nothing of what you just spewed in any way resembles Marxist theory.
Socialism (Marxism) will bring true liberty to the masses.
WRONG. Socialism (Marxism) ends with resentment for those that do because of those who do not OR the economy collapses because it cannot produce enough to support all (same problem, different analysis) - ALWAYS. You can see it all over the ******* world, every single time and nearly every single form of socialism tried. Even setting aside the natural slide into facism/communism etc the truth that "absolute power corrupts absolutely." The resentment sets in, because some are working their ass off and getting the exact same as others who do nothing (Watch episode III, the ONLY most pure form of Marxism that existed fell for the same reason as all the others) OR it becomes financially unsustainable.
You cannot change a human, no matter when you start indoctrinating them. We are biologically driven to be /better/ than others, it is part of our very nature (mostly in the reproductive sense, to appear more appealing, but also that chemical/emotional drive to succeed, to be better, to leave our children in a better state. Marxism sought to /mold/ people into ants, we are not ants, we are not a collective, we are not borg. We are humans, we are individuals, we are independent, we are anti-socialist. You fall into the trap, most likely your life sucks, you think that others can change your life, let you do whatever it is you seek to do, without work, without worries about health care and paying bills and shit. But socialism cannot give you that for any length of time.
The principles of capitalism are the core natural state of human existence; /it/ is the pinnacle, it is what comes /after/ socialism fails. In the beginning we had socialist society/communities, we had collectives of families or villages - we did not stay there. Ask yourself why. Because humans desire more, they want better, they want fancier houses, they want better cars, better phones, they want better computers and better everything. They want independence, they want freedom to express themselves and be as they wish to buy what they want - none of which is possible under socialism. Socialism doles out all things equally, regardless of effort put in, it strips us of our ability to /better/ ourselves because everyone receives the same regardless of effort.
It is the so-called "regression of civilization," the backward trend into the small town farmer that the left is so fond of hating on - stupid, fly over states. THOSE places, those tight knit societies where they help their neighbors and tend each others farms are the closest to socialism in a "realistic" and enduring state as you will ever find - and you lefties /despise/ them. Everything you fight for, is on a rural dirt road outside your crappy cities - and you shit on it from your fancy apartments like the elitist pricks you claim to hate. You socialists are nothing but morons because you have not found the utopia sitting in the middle of North or South Dakota, the bush of Alaska, the deserts of Arizona and Nevada, and the ranchers and cowboys of Texas - all those places you hate idiot boy. Where the church you so hate is the social(ist) community collective and small municipalities rules are decided upon in small town halls held in the local coffee shop; where the people genuinely care about each other and they all work together toward the common good of their town or county. Yes, you'll work hard in a farm community, but you'll be respected for that work, by your community, your people and if shit hits the fan and your farm floods, they'll all drop everything to help you rebuild. A fire burns down a house, the community pulls together and rebuilds it.
You turn your noses up because you want more than the simple life that Marxism would offer you, you like all humans, want it all - and that is why socialism destroys itself in the end. Because you'll want it all, but have no way to obtain it because of socialism. When socialism fails - it goes naturally to capitalism, where people have the ability to rise above the their mere "needs" and instead reach as high as their own ambitions can take them. Under your own hand, not the governments, not the states, not the community, or even the village and that too is the beauty and endurance of the small town life in rural America, you can leave it - it's not a dead end trap like socialism is.
