It's waaay over done
The second-hand educational materials were 70 years ago.
In the last 50 years, you’ve been getting priority placement in colleges, grad schools, jobs, and promotions all due to your being black.
If you weren’t so full of hate and racism, you would kiss the ground that you were born in this country and have enjoyed favoritism over whites since you were in your 20s.

Lisa, stop whining about what I say about you. You post your racism up here every day and it goes unchecked. You were the one who said we only have what we do because we are given preference. So I challenged you to a debate in the Bull Ring and you punked out. That's because deep down inside of your evil soul, you know good and well that you don't have what it takes.
White is a race; whites have played the race card since this country was "founded." Slavery was identity politics. Jim Crow was identity politics. The current MAGA crap is identity politics. The ranting about things like AA, DEI, CRT, and woke was whites playing the race card they have played for now 249 years. It is pure evil to twist things around in the manner you dishonest, racist turds do. Policies created because whites were hiring only whites get called racist, even as whites continue still only hiring whites. White racism didn't end with a signature on a piece of paper. Lisa and others here is the evidence of that.
Imagine being black, applying for a job, and you hand your application to Lisa. Do you think that black person would get hired? Hell no! And would the reason they didn't get hired be based on qualifications? Hell no! So it's time you right-wing mfs stopped lying because, like I said, we know your game.

Why do so many people pull out this tired old saw again and again?
It started with The Southern Strategy. It continued with Reagan. Newt Gingrich and the Tea Party extended it. Now we have MAGA. It has been a white identity movement. They have played identity politics then whined when non whites and Democratic liberal whites called them on it. They have played the victim so effectively that so-called liberals such as Bill Maher started repeating their claims. But Eric Schmitt is a Republican. Why is it that it is always a Republican who makes these kinds of comments? I know the answer. It is obvious.

On Nov. 19, 1863, Abraham Lincoln delivered one of the greatest speeches in American history, the Gettysburg Address. It opened “Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth, on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.”
On Tuesday, Eric Schmitt, the junior senator from Missouri, declared that Lincoln was wrong.
“What is an American?” This was the question Schmitt posed at the fifth annual National Conservatism Conference in Washington. His answer is that the nation is fundamentally not based on the idea of equality or freedom or any other ideal. Nor is it accessible to people of all races and religions. It is fundamentally, he told an assembled crowd, a white homeland.
The white Europeans who settled America and conquered the West “believed they were forging a nation—a homeland for themselves and their descendants,” he said. “They fought, they bled, they struggled, they died for us. They built this country for us. America, in all its glory, is their gift to us, handed down across the generations. It belongs to us. It’s our birthright, our heritage, our destiny. If America is everything and everyone, then it is nothing and no one at all. But we know that’s not true. America is not a ‘universal nation.’”
The implications of this vision are serious. This is a repudiation of our Constitution and the core of a national identity that includes all its citizens. It means that to be American is not about citizenship at all. “What is an American?” Schmitt asked. It is a white person. America is a white homeland that organically binds together white people of the past, present and future. And its policies must be guided for their benefit if they are to succeed.

IM2 is just trying to claim I’m racist. I’ve said nothing racist. I’m just opposed to DEI policies that factor in race (or gender for that matter) into hiring decisions. That would make me the opposite of racist.
Now given all the venom toward whites that IM2 has expressed, I doubt that a white applicant would be hired if a black applicant were available.
