It is never Trump, nooo, he wasn't the leader of the US during his first term.

Trump was a businessman who had to learn politics. His first administration had some people from the D.C. swamp in it as it was promoted that he can work with the Congress. Yeah, he was the leader. Yet he was semi crippled from the deep state the rules us. And frankly, there is still massive deep state power now. Trump pushed the vaccine. you can see the uncomfortable look and reactions at times when he was with Fauci in press conferences. This is not about excuses.
