The original stipulated reg was that if a state does not promise to never oppose Israel economically it was not eligible for federally funded disaster aid. What is so hard about understanding that?

You can't apparently believe that it's impossible to question something and still blindly support it. Let me see if I can break down what this "executive decree" would actually mean. We (the feds) will take your taxpayer money and will not let it be used in accordance with law by your State unless your State pledges allegiance to another country. That is as simple as I can put it. I can explain it to you, but you are responsible for understanding it.
