A federal grand jury Tuesday indicted a Wisconsin judge arrested by the FBI for allegedly obstructing government agents seeking to detain an undocumented immigrant.
As soon as she stopped the trial and left the courtroom with the perp through the non-public door, wouldn't she have given up her immunity and just be harboring a fugitive?

Immunity is only for being sued for any decisions she made on the bench........civil immunity not criminal actions..
I don't know, but we will know, if it goes to trial....the actual evidence will be shown there....

Wow, did I just hear a Far Leftist condone unlimited presidential power while in office? The office is their courtroom. Anything goes, right? You can always just pardon yourself and your family for all crimes the day before leaving office like Joe did! Now, how can the Left really complain no matter what Trump does going forward?
