I suppose it's not an uncommon trait among career politicians, but Bill Clinton seemed to be rather extraordinary about it—He was very good at saying whatever it was he thought his audience wanted to hear, completely detached from any regard for whether it was true, whether he agreed with it, or whether he had any intention of standing by it.

Nov. 15, 2016 -- A spokesman for Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto said the government is working on a plan to deal with mass deportations under the next U.S. president, Donald Trump.

"There are instructions from the president to analyze in all the agencies of the State where there could be contingencies or in which opportunities should be addressed," Eduardo Sanchez, Peña Nieto's spokesman, said on Monday, adding that additional details will be revealed Wednesday. Sanchez said the topic of deportations would be part of any discussion between Peña Nieto and Trump. One of Trump's promises within his first 100 days in office is to "begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won't take them back."

Though one of Trump's campaign promises was initially to deport all undocumented immigrants -- estimated to be about 12 million -- living in the United States, the president-elect for now has focused on deporting up to 3 million undocumented migrants who "are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers." We have a lot of these people, probably two million, it could be even three million, we are getting them out of our country or we're going to incarcerate," Trump said in a recent interview on CBS's 60 Minutes. "But we're getting them out of our country, they're here illegally."

November 16, 2016 - An architect of anti-immigration efforts who says he is advising President-elect Donald Trump said the new administration could push ahead rapidly on construction of a U.S.-Mexico border wall without seeking immediate congressional approval.

Sorry, but you will have to interpret for me. Trump never means what he says. They are either suggestions or evolving opinions, operative only for specific conversations. You know, like a wall is a fence, except when it isn't a fence, and closing down mosques is only a suggestion, and deporting 12 million illegals really means deporting 2 to 4 million criminal illegals, because the rest are wonderful people, and putting Hillary in jail in his first 100 days is a promise, except that she really is a good person, so he won't.

Well, let's break these down...warning, I've been all over this planet:
As an Irishman with a touch of Native-American in the past, I was definitely drunk a lot in my youth.
The only Frenchman I had dealings with in France that wasn't pleasant was a government employee.
I've been to Japan, China, Italy, Sicily, am part Native-American, Spain, Portugal, Iceland, Monaco, Cyprus, Greece, Dubrovnik, Montenegro, Lebanon, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, Mexico, French Polynesia, Canada and the Caribbean. The public was friendly, had jobs and cared about their work.
Go to Middle-East or North African Muslim nations and you will see.....people that have jobs, care about their jobs and have families......same as any other nation, but that's where the similarity ends. When you have a theocracy and its followers have been brainwashed since infancy to hate you and everything you stand for, you have a recipe for oppression, persecution and violence towards those who are not part of that theocracy's teachings. And, when your religious teachings instruct you to go to nations that are not of your faith and change those nations from within (hijrah), you have terrorist groups growing in those nations.

...and don't forget that Jews are conniving misers, and negroes are lazy!

Go back on your meds....or....get off the ones you are on.

And, I would be perfect, being Anglo in Arizona, which pretty much makes me a cousin of John Wayne and Barry Goldwater, except that I am an atheist, so I am an immoral hedonist.....
