They don't need a warrant. Welcome to trump's world

they were called in to quell the people trying to prevent ICE from doing their job.

"At 11:15 a.m., Worcester Police Officers were called by ICE as people were surrounding the vehicle, according to Lt. J.L. Bossolt."

seems the blog the OP linked didn't mention that.

It was all a set up by ICE. There is NO defending or excusing it.

Hard to tell where she is now. When a country allows men in masks without a warrant or an obvious reason to kidnap people off the street, that country is in deep trouble.
And as it gets deeper, some people are cheering. Turns out we're going out with neither a bang, not a whimper. But rather cheering from the angry mob.

where's your proof they didn't have a warrant?

because they didn't show one to Joe Schmoo, or Jill Brill, who had no need to see one?

Do you think they should have had a warrant? Or do you think they don't need one?
Do you think they should have had a warrant?
Yes, of course.

but some bystander has no need to see it, unless it's their business.

Being a neighbor does not qualify, or part of a group protesting the arrest doesn't qualify.

If YOU had been there, would you have had the LEGAL right to demand to see the warrant?

It was done to be divisive and set people against each other. No other reason.

Yes, of course.
OK. Good. Because that is the important issue. The rest was just a show.

So, would you oppose this raid if it turns out they didn't have a warrant?

If the police are acting outside of their authority, we all have an obligation to call them on it. But I get your point. Police don't have the time to appease every demand.

WERE they acting outside their authority?

Beats me. The more interesting question in my view, is how we respond to it if they are. It seems like a lot of you are ok with them acting outside their authority - because, you know, culture war!

.....And then I see the mother, a young woman in a green shirt, wailing, crying, held on either side by menacing white men in tactical vests, black neck warmers pulled over their noses in the style du jour for our secret police forces.

Surrounding them are a few dozen community members who were tipped off about the ICE raid and got to it before the police did. Before I arrived, they demanded to see a warrant. The ICE agents refused to provide one, so they created a human chain, which the ICE officers eventually broke through.

I still don't know her name or where they've taken her. The federal officials provided no information to anyone at the scene. But apparently they called the local police for backup. They felt that they were surrounded. Black Hawk Down.

Read this. This is where we are in the United States. People are being summarily kidnapped off the street and taken to who knows where. There is no warrant. There is no explanation and reasoning other than their skin is not white. This is trump at his best, inflicting paint on others.
?? THey don't need an arrest warrant.

Were they illegally in the US? Does that mean the illegals they didn't follow the law? So you're trying to weed out any possible laws law enforcement may not have followed and you defend the criminals 🤔

What a disaster you are for the US.
