Schiff did exactly what he should have done with that call - report it to authorities. By the book.

He's got a staff of at least 10 people smarter and less damaged by TDS than himself. How long after the call was it reported? And even if it WAS reported to the FBI or Intel -- the laughter THERE from listening to the recordings must have been epic.

On July 25, 2019, OMB issued the first of nine apportionment schedules with footnotes withholding USAI funds from obligation. OMB Response, 1–2. Why are you using timelines with information and accusations that pre-dates the trial defense arguments in the Senate by almost a month?
