You are engaged in trying to change the topic.Obviously you re too dumb to know what McCarthyism is.Did you even graduate the 6th grade? You asked for Victims of McCarthyism. I gave it to you in spades. Your response? Vacuous deflection.Onlt a real doofus would ask me to post the obvious.Just more lies from a person who admits she is a proponent of McCarthyism and it’s concomitant use of lies and innuendo.I'm happy for you to feel like you're destroying me, your real life must be pretty pathetic, so I'll give you free reign on the obnoxiousness, no problem.I'm a centrist private school grad, but don't let reality get in your way, it hasn't before.Ya, I guess that a lucid answer was too much to expect. Carry on.Because your sort has had to give up the right to think or question your masters.
You, of course, are a perfect example.
So you understand neither the term 'lucid' nor 'answer.'
No wonder you're a Leftist government school grad.
But you love to put other people down, it's really your sole reason for being here, given that you repeat threads over and over again. So why are you feeling so little that you have to demean everyone all the time? I hope you're in some kind of therapy.
I do kinda like destroying you.
OK....here's your test:
Which of the agenda are you supporting?
The Democrat Party is now running on full-blown anti-white racism, socialism, infanticide, opposition to free speech, substituting illegal alien voters for the American citizenry, support for rioters, arsonists, murderers, and anarchists, and anti-Semitism… the knuckle-dragging, atavistic pagan party.
But just look at the way you describe the Dems, how can anyone take you seriously? You're not up for a debate, you just want to rant. Seriously, why so angry?

Drop back when you can find any innocent whose life McCarty ruined.
I guess that means I'll be seeing your pic on a milk carton.
Victims of McCarthyism
It is difficult to estimate the number of victims of McCarthyism. The number imprisoned is in the hundreds, and some ten or twelve thousand lost their jobs.[40] In many cases, simply being subpoenaed by HUAC or one of the other committees was sufficient cause to be fired.[41] Many of those who were imprisoned, lost their jobs or were questioned by committees did in fact have a past or present connection of some kind with the Communist Party. But for the vast majority, both the potential for them to do harm to the nation and the nature of their communist affiliation were tenuous.[42] Suspected homosexuality was also a common cause to be targeted by McCarthyism. According to some scholars, this resulted in more persecutions than did alleged connection with Communism.[43]
In the film industry, over 300 actors, authors and directors were denied work in the U.S. through the unofficial Hollywood blacklist. Blacklists were at work throughout the entertainment industry, in universities and schools at all levels, in the legal profession, and in many other fields. A port security program initiated by the Coast Guard shortly after the start of the Korean War required a review of every maritime worker who loaded or worked aboard any American ship, regardless of cargo or destination. As with other loyalty-security reviews of McCarthyism, the identities of any accusers and even the nature of any accusations were typically kept secret from the accused. Nearly 3,000 seamen and longshoremen lost their jobs due to this program alone.[44]
A few of the more famous people who were blacklisted or suffered some other persecution during McCarthyism are listed here:
- Elmer Bernstein, composer and conductor[45]
- Charlie Chaplin, actor[45]
- Aaron Copland, composer[45]
- Bartley Crum, attorney[46]

I will just end with this. McCarthy called Gen.George Marshall a Traitor aand among those he hauled in front of his Senate Committee were Dorothy Kenyon, Esther Brunauer, Haldore Hanson, Owen Lattimore, Harlow Shapley among others . Many of these people were exonerated from the false charges McCarthy made against them.Obviously you re too dumb to know what McCarthyism is.Did you even graduate the 6th grade? You have been trying to make a distinction between McCarthy and McCarthyism. One followed from the other. To say otherwise is engaging in intellectual dishonesty.
However, let the readers decide who is right and wrong.
Owen Lattimore....????
Really?
Watch this:
The documented truth about the McCarthy investigations
- Lattimore had conferred (during the Hitler-Stalin pact) with the Soviet ambassador about Lattimore's upcoming assignment as President Roosevelt's adviser to Chiang-Kai-Shek — then trying to fend off the Communist revolution in his country.
- Credible testimony revealed "five episodes" wherein Lattimore — within the Politburo of the Communist Party — "participated as a full participant in the conspiracy."
- A former brigadier-general in the Soviet military intelligence testified to having been told that "Lattimore was one of our men."
- On page 218 of the McCarran committee's voluminous report of its year-long investigation, this bottom line: "[T]he subcommittee can come to no other conclusion but that Lattimore was for some time beginning in the 1930s a conscious, articulate instrument of the Soviet conspiracy." . (Worthy of note was that a Democrat-led Senate subcommittee would later define Lattimore as "a conscious, articulate instrument of the Soviet conspiracy."
Keep lookin', you dolt.
In his 1979 memoir, former FBI agent William C. Sullivan said that, despite Hoover's relentless efforts, the FBI never found "anything substantial" and that the accusations against Lattimore were "ridiculous."[32]

‘“In 1950 Senator Joseph McCarthy accused Lattimore of being a Soviet espionageagent. A Senate committee exonerated him later that year, but the investigation was revived by the Senate Internal Security subcommittee, and in 1952 he was indicted for perjury in connection with testimony that he had given before the subcommittee. In 1955 the Justice Department dropped all charges against him.”
